Our founder, Gillian Arnold, is committed to seeing an increase in the numbers of women working in the STEM industries. Her background is technology, so it is no surprise that we started with Tech. Our Diversity training and consulting business grows to include inclusive leadership.  The recruitment team expands.

Gillian edits the book, published by the BCS,  on Women in Tech wihch outlines the steps to be taken to impove diversity in your teams.

The recruitment team add the 'E' of STEM; Engineering, to our capabilities and start to help engineering clients find and recruit diverse candidate pools.  We continue with Implicit Bias training and build on it with Micro-Inequities training, anti-racism training and much more.

The team recognises that we can do more with recruitment, and aim our services at diversity based recruitment in IT and Technology roles.  We continue or work on Unconscious Bias and supporting women in technology.

The Tectre team get together to build recruitment for IT specialist teams.  We are aligned to the Women in STEM activities across the UK and provide training on Unconscious Bias.  We are the become the Unconscious Bias trainer for WISE and the WISE Campaign.
