 University Client – Supporting Diversity Recruitment needs by supplying Women in Tech.

• Our client's Internal Recruitment team advertised for a "Director of Engineering and Architecture". Shortlisting 10/80 direct applicants but had no female representation within their talent pool. The Chief Data Officer reached out to us to supply Women in Tech. Within two weeks our team were able to actively headhunt, interview and successfully submit 10 Women in Tech, ensuring the client had 50-50 gender diversity on their shortlist. 

 Banking Client - Recommendation from Senior Stakeholder resulting in a new client.

• From our work with a Tier 1 agency supporting a Banking client, our senior stakeholder had recommended Tectre to their colleague who supports a Financial Regulatory client. We were recommended because of our ability in supplying candidates from under-represented backgrounds. The team also valued our consulting and coaching of hiring managers on inclusive hiring practices and this allowed us to build a trusting and personal relationship with all those involved within the hiring process. 

 R&D Study on "The Impact of Micro-behaviours within Technical Teams". 

• Gillian Arnold, MD of Tectre, is partnering with The Open University and Aberystwyth University conducting an R&D Study to understand micro-behaviours. As a result, we have the latest insights and strategies to recognise, mitigate, and leverage micro-behaviours for positive outcomes in the technical workplace.
