 University Client – Supporting Diversity Recruitment needs by supplying Women in Tech.

  • Our client's Internal Recruitment team advertised for a "Director of Engineering and Architecture". Shortlisting 10/80 direct applicants but had no female representation within their talent pool. The Chief Data Officer reached out to us to supply Women in Tech. Within two weeks our team were able to actively headhunt, interview and successfully submit 10 Women in Tech, ensuring the client had 50-50 gender diversity on their shortlist.
